Ethiopian Airlines expands with new daily service to Port Sudan

Ethiopian Airlines will launch a daily flight service to Port Sudan starting October 15, 2024.

This new route enhances connectivity across Africa and supports regional growth, trade, and tourism.

The service will offer seamless travel between Ethiopia and Sudan, connecting passengers to Port Sudan from Ethiopian Airlines’ extensive global network.

This expansion highlights Ethiopian Airlines’ commitment to meeting the needs of the African market and boosting economic development.

The inaugural flight ET350 will depart Addis Ababa at 11:00 AM and arrive in Port Sudan at 12:15 PM.

The return flight ET351 will leave Port Sudan at 2:15 PM and reach Addis Ababa at 5:30 PM.

Both flights will be operated by Boeing 737 Max aircraft for a comfortable journey.

Mesfin Tasew, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, expressed excitement about the new route.

“This expansion reflects our dedication to Africa’s progress and prosperity.”

With this addition, Ethiopian Airlines now serves 66 destinations across Africa.
