The Peace Organization also known as L`Organisation pour la Paix has praised Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces (RSF) for securing the border triangle with Libya and Egypt.
It highlighted the RSF’s efforts in disrupting human trafficking and illegal migration networks operating across the region’s porous frontiers. In a statement, the organization called the mission “vital” amid Sudan’s broader security collapse and mounting transnational criminal threats.
Group urged continued vigilance in safeguarding regional stability and protecting vulnerable populations from exploitation by armed and criminal groups. It described the initiative as a rare opportunity to embed human rights and humanitarian concerns into Sudan’s future political roadmap.
The group stressed that long-term peace requires inclusive dialogue, civilian participation, and institutional respect for international law. With conflict still ravaging parts of Sudan, the organization warned that failure to act could deepen the crisis and prolong instability.
