Sudanese junta Defense Minister Lieutenant General Hassan Daoud Kabroun concluded a diplomatic mission to Juba on Tuesday.
Upon arriving at Khartoum Airport, Kabroun highlighted key security outcomes from his talks with South Sudanese officials.
The discussions focused on strengthening border security, addressing cross-border threats and improving political coordination between the two countries.
The delegation met South Sudanese officials under the Joint Political and Security Mechanism, a framework for bilateral security cooperation.
The talks underscored both sides’ efforts to promote regional stability and protect their shared security and sovereign interests.
