Turkish officials are conducting “shuttle diplomacy” under Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan’s coordination to foster dialogue.
The goal is to achieve reconciliation within a shared framework, a process expected to be lengthy.
On Monday, Fidan met with his Ethiopian and Somali counterparts separately to discuss the issues.
Relations between Ethiopia and Somalia have been strained since Ethiopia signed a deal with Somaliland on January 1.
Turkey is actively working to ease tensions in the Horn of Africa region.
