Trump calls Gaza a real estate project with no right of return

President Donald Trump stated Palestinians would not have the right to return to Gaza under his redevelopment plan.

In a Fox News interview, Trump suggested resettling displaced Palestinians in Jordan and Egypt, citing billions in U.S. aid.

“They wouldn’t return because they’ll have much better housing,” he said, calling Gaza uninhabitable for years.

His proposal to permanently relocate Gaza’s 2.2 million residents has sparked global backlash, with Palestinians and Saudi Arabia rejecting it outright.

Trump reiterated plans to “own” Gaza, describing it as a real estate project with new communities built “a little away” from the conflict zone.

“This would be a beautiful piece of land,” he said, as criticism of his plan continues to mount.
