US President Donald Trump has vowed consequences after claiming that American weapons intended for Iranian opposition groups were diverted through Kurdish intermediaries and never reached their destination.

“We sent them a lot of guns… and they didn’t get there,” Trump said, adding that those responsible would “pay big time.”
