Rest of TASIS lineup unveiled: Dagalo leads, Ta’aishi PM

The Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) released the remaining names and posts late Saturday, cementing its civilian “Government of Peace & Unity.” Hemedti chairs the 15-member Presidential Council, with Abdel Aziz al‑Hilu as deputy, and Mohamed Hassan al‑Ta’aishi as prime minister.

Key appointments now circulating on Arabic outlets and social feeds:

  • Council chair / deputy: Mohamed Hamdan “Hemedti” Dagalo / Abdel Aziz Adam al‑Hilu.
  • Prime minister: Mohamed Hassan al‑Ta’aishi.
  • Legislative Council presidency: National Umma Party (Fadlallah Burma Nasser).
  • Interior minister: Suleiman Sandal (Justice & Equality Movement).
  • Information / cabinet affairs: Ibrahim al‑Mirghani (Democratic Unionist Party) — some posts list him for Information, others for Cabinet Affairs.
  • Khartoum governor: Faris al‑Nour.
  • Darfur governor: Al‑Hadi Idris.
  • Eastern Region governor: Mabrouk Salim.

Seat split & portfolios: RSF gets 47% of posts, SPLM‑N 33%; RSF nominates Defence, Oil & Minerals, while SPLM‑N gets Foreign Affairs, Finance, Education, Agriculture and Federal Government.
