RSF says SAF carried out fresh drone strikes despite humanitarian truce

The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) have accused General al-Burhan’s army (SAF), which it describes as the “terrorist Islamic Movement army,” of carrying out a series of drone attacks between 4 and 6 December 2025 in violation of the declared humanitarian truce.

In a statement issued by its official spokesperson, the RSF said its monitoring teams had documented “deliberate crimes and violations” targeting civilians and hindering relief efforts. It claimed that foreign drones were used in multiple strikes during the three-day period.

According to the RSF, the reported attacks included:

  • Bombing of the Kazgil area in North Kordofan
  • Bombing of the Dubeibat area in South Kordofan
  • Bombing of the Hamadi area in South Kordofan
  • Targeting of a humanitarian aid convoy in the Jabra Sheikh area
  • Bombing of the Adiri humanitarian crossing at the Adkonq gate in West Darfur

The RSF condemned what it called systematic efforts by the “Muslim Brotherhood army” to undermine the humanitarian truce and obstruct aid operations, saying it would continue to compile and publish statistics and documented reports on alleged violations for both local and international audiences.

The group also rejected what it described as “fabricated claims and reports” issued by bodies it characterizes as extensions of the Muslim Brotherhood, accusing them of using misinformation to pursue partisan political goals.
