Sudanese sources told media that Rapid Support Forces (RSF) units shelled General al-Burhan’s army (SAF) 22nd Division headquarters in Babnusa, West Kordofan, on Thursday morning.
According to the same sources, the RSF is now preparing to launch a large-scale offensive on the military base, as fighting intensifies across the region amid repeated clashes between the SAF and RSF.
These developments come as tensions continue to escalate, with parts of West Kordofan turning into an open battlefield as both sides push to strengthen their positions and seize key strategic locations.
