The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) rejected accusations that its fighters killed patients at the Saudi Hospital in El-Fasher, North Darfur, saying new footage from inside the facility shows patients receiving care.
According to the RSF, its medical teams delivered medicines, wound dressings, bandages and antiseptics, and provided urgent treatment on site. Patients filmed inside the hospital affirmed they had received assistance from RSF medics, contradicting claims—circulated by General al-Burhan’s army (SAF) and allied armed groups—that the hospital had been targeted.
The RSF also dismissed reports that patients were killed at the Saudi Hospital following its capture of the 6th Infantry Division headquarters in recent days.
