The People’s Army, the armed wing of the SPLM-N faction led by Abdel Aziz al-Hilu, announced Monday it had captured the strategic Al-Dashoul Junction in South Kordofan after heavy fighting with General al-Burhan’s forces (SAF) militias and allied groups.
Footage shows SPLM-N fighters securing the junction and advancing toward Al-Kargal, a key point along the Kadugli–Dilling road. Clashes reportedly continue in Al-Samasim, west of Al-Kargal.
