The Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) accused the Sudanese Armed Forces of bombing a family celebration in Abu Zabad, West Kordofan, killing a boy and two women and injuring eight other people.
The alliance said the strike hit the home of Ismail Saeed while his family was celebrating his son’s circumcision. The boy’s mother was among those injured, according to Sudanese outlet Al-Sayha’s account of the statement.
In the statement dated September 5 and issued in Nyala, TASIS spokesman Ahmed Tugod Lisan condemned the alleged attack, describing the gathering as a civilian occasion unrelated to military operations.
The allegation and casualty figures could not be independently verified. An SAF response was not available in the reporting reviewed, and the precise date of the alleged strike remained unclear.
