Specialists from the Water, Sanitation, and Environmental Protection Department also joined, aiming to deliver interventions matching the disaster’s immediate and long-term consequences.
An official statement confirmed the team would arrive within hours, following appeals from national and international organizations coordinating relief efforts with Sudanese authorities.
The association emphasised its coordination with humanitarian partners to ensure integrated operations, pooling expertise and resources to confront the disaster’s widespread aftermath effectively.
