The decision concluded a special session addressing El-Fasher, amid warnings of crimes against humanity and a growing risk of genocide.
Since April 2023, fighting between General Abdel Fattah al Burhan’s army and Rapid Support Forces has killed tens of thousands and displaced nearly 12 million.
