Drones belonging to the General Abdel Fattah al Burhan’s army struck the Sudanese city of Mlit, the town of Fataberno, and parts of Wadi Hor, local sources said.
A witness in Mlit said the attack hit a vehicle inside the main market, setting it ablaze amid rising panic.
A source reported that the vehicle’s occupants survived, while residents fled the area and traders shut their shops before cautiously reopening them later.
Meanwhile, Fataberno and Wadi Hor, near the city of Kutum, were also hit by drone strikes.
Last week, an air strike on Katila, southwest of Nyala, killed about 100 people and injured many more, medical sources said.
