The Sudan Founding Alliance (TASIS) on Tuesday accused General al-Burhan’s SAF of carrying out drone strikes that killed six civilians and wounded five others in East Darfur’s El Daein city and surrounding areas.
In a statement issued by TASIS spokesperson Dr. Alaaeldin Awad Nugud, the alliance said drones targeted unarmed civilians between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, including a passenger vehicle traveling along the El Daein–Adila road in the Al-Jallabi area.
The statement added that additional drone strikes later hit residential neighborhoods inside El Daein on Tuesday morning, causing further civilian casualties.
TASIS described the attacks as a “war crime” and accused the SAF and affiliated Islamist factions of deliberately targeting civilians in what it called a campaign aimed at destabilizing Sudan’s social fabric.
The alliance further claimed that the attacks were being carried out amid “international silence,” warning Sudanese citizens to remain vigilant and united against what it described as extremist agendas.
TASIS said supporting the alliance was essential to preserving Sudan’s unity, security, and stability, while pledging to continue its political and military struggle.
