The New England Revolution signed 17-year-old Ugandan midfielder Allan Oyirwoth on Wednesday.
The deal will become effective on his 18th birthday on January 23rd and will run through 2028 with a club option for 2029.
Oyirwoth has already earned two caps for Uganda’s senior national team.
“Allan Oyirwoth is one of the top prospects out of Uganda and a very promising young midfielder,” said Curt Onalfo, Revolution sporting director.
“We are excited to get Allan into our high-potential training environment in New England and help him fulfill his potential.”
