Tyson faces legal battle over Paul fight

Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson is facing a lawsuit filed by a Cyprus-based company, Medier.

The company alleges that Tyson breached a promotional contract to fight Jake Paul, resulting in significant financial losses.

Medier claims that Tyson terminated the agreement without justification, citing a breach of contract by Medier.

However, the company alleges that Tyson’s true motive was to pursue the highly lucrative fight against Jake Paul.

The lawsuit seeks damages exceeding $1.5 million, including unpaid fees and lost revenue from promotional activities.

This legal battle adds another layer of complexity to Tyson’s recent career resurgence, which has been marked by both high-profile fights and controversial incidents.
