Federal detectives clashed with a local armed group on Tuesday in Al-Andalus neighbourhood in Jabal Awliya, south of Khartoum.

The third suspect fled the scene on a motorcycle, abandoning his two companions.
Authorities took the two detained men into custody and began legal proceedings against them.
The suspects face charges including assault and armed robbery, according to police sources.
The targeted vehicle was recovered after the security forces intervened.
