
Sudan hosted a public gathering of the Eritrean, Sudanese and Ethiopian Peoples’ Assembly with regional political and community leaders representatives.

Speakers and representatives from Tigray, Amhara, Oromo, Ogaden, Eritrea and Sudan rejected ongoing conflicts stressing dialogue, cooperation and sovereignty respect.
Participants renewed call for integration among border tribes and consolidation of unity and peace values urging joint regional action today.
They urged joint action toward a more stable and prosperous future for the peoples of the wider region collectively today.
The gathering reflected growing regional fatigue with prolonged violence and instability across the Horn of Africa and shared concern regionally.
Delegates described coexistence as a shared necessity rather than a political option amid ongoing regional tensions and uncertainty today emphasised.
The meeting concluded with appeals for sustained engagement and peaceful mechanisms to resolve disputes across the region moving forward peacefully.
