RSF launches war debris cleanup, security campaign in El Fasher

The Rapid Support Forces have launched a campaign to clear war debris and improve environmental safety in the Awlad Al Reef, El Fasher neighbourhood.

Commander of the RSF’s Fifth Infantry Division, took part in the local recovery efforts.

Military personnel worked alongside Civilian Protection teams to remove dangerous remnants of the conflict from the war-damaged streets.

Volunteers and soldiers joined forces to restore the scarred landscape and strengthen community resilience.

A specialised joint task force has also been formed to tackle crime and maintain law and order across North Darfur.

The deployment aims to protect vulnerable neighbourhoods, curb criminal activity and restore stability to the region.

Military leaders said improving security and the local environment was a crucial first step towards rebuilding daily life for displaced residents.
