General al-Burhan’s army (SAF) conducted airstrikes on the city of Bara in North Kordofan state, resulting in multiple casualties.
Eyewitnesses reported that the strikes targeted key civilian infrastructure, including a health facility and the Health Insurance Administration building, as well as the Al-Wadi residential area.
Several people were killed, and many others were injured.
These airstrikes are part of an ongoing pattern of civilian harm caused by the SAF’s attacks on residential neighborhoods and non-military sites amidst the ongoing conflict with the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), which has been escalating since April 15, 2023.
