Sudan People’s Liberation Movement-North accused General Abdel Fattah al Burhan’s army and allied militias of killing 24 civilians in drone attacks across Blue Nile’s Yabus and Shali al-Fil areas.
The group said strikes on populated towns killed women and children, destroyed homes and infrastructure, and triggered mass displacement.
According to SPLM-N, a drone attack on Yabus last Wednesday killed nine civilians and levelled Yabus Hospital.
The strike also destroyed 155 homes, damaged farmland, and forced more than 300 families to flee without food or shelter.
The United Nations confirmed a separate drone strike last week near a World Food Programme facility in Yabus.
That attack injured a WFP staff member, highlighting mounting dangers for humanitarian operations in the region.
SPLM-N said air raids on Shali al-Fil on Friday killed 15 people and wounded dozens more.
The strikes burned homes, destroyed food warehouses, and displaced large numbers of residents.
Fighting has intensified again in Blue Nile, particularly near Kurmuk and border areas with Ethiopia and South Sudan.
