Displaced families in Al-Afad camp near Al-Dabba city in Chad accused local authorities of diverting humanitarian aid and shelter tents to local markets.
Residents were told that much of the aid, including items from the Sudanese Red Crescent, was redirected and sold by brokers with backing from officials.
Authorities have barred humanitarian organisations from operating directly in the camp, insisting on exclusive control over aid.
Requests to form a camp committee were also denied.
An activist said supplies are now sold openly at double their intended value, while a displaced woman accused officials of selective distribution, worsening hardship for already struggling families.
