Amnesty International has called on Nigeria to investigate reports that at least 150 people died in army-run Kwara camp facility.
The victims were among about 1,500 Fulani community members relocated to Yikpata camp after escalating armed group attacks in region.
Amnesty said survivors face overcrowding, unsanitary conditions, movement restrictions, acute malnutrition, and widespread disease inside the facility reported there now.
The Nigerian military dismissed the claims saying there is no verifiable evidence supporting any such allegations in report statement made.
Amnesty researchers who visited the camp in April spoke to survivors describing starvation disease and mass graves conditions widespread there.
Security analysts say militants pushing from the north are increasing pressure on communities across the region in recent months.
