Egypt, Emirate KSH investment in $500m Cairo venture

Egypt’s SKG and Emirati KSH Investment Co. inked a $500M deal for a Cairo Nile project, MENA reported.

The project includes 3 towers, a 5-star hotel on 20,000 sqm, overlooking Nile’s Warraq Island.

KSH Investment Co. linked to Abu Dhabi’s ruling family, aims to enhance ties with Egypt.

UAE, a key Gulf investor, boosted Egypt’s economy amid currency woes and inflation.

Abu Dhabi’s ADQ also invested $35B for Egypt’s Ras al-Hikma and other ventures, aiding economic stability.
