Authorities in the United Arab Emirates on Monday told residents it was safe to resume normal activities, shortly after issuing a warning about a potential missile threat.
In a follow-up phone alert, the interior ministry said the situation had stabilized, while urging the public to remain cautious and follow any necessary safety measures.
Less than 30 minutes earlier, residents had received an emergency notification instructing them to seek immediate shelter and wait for further guidance.
The alert marked the first such warning issued by UAE authorities since early April.
