Morocco, Yemen rally for Lebanon and Gaza, condemning Israel

Thousands of Moroccans and Yemenis took to the streets on Friday in support of Gaza and Lebanon, condemning Israel’s ongoing military actions.

In Morocco, large rallies were held in cities like Kenitra and Al Hoceima, following Friday prayers.

Organized by the Moroccan Committee for the Support of the Ummah, the protesters called for continued aid to Palestine and an end to Israel’s war.

In Yemen, tens of thousands demonstrated across 14 provinces, including the capital Sanaa.

The Al-Quds Support Committee organized these protests, with participants raising flags of Yemen, Palestine, and Lebanon, and chanting for solidarity.

The conflict has worsened since Israel’s assault on Gaza, which has killed over 43,700 people, mostly women and children.

In Lebanon, Israeli strikes have killed more than 3,400 people, adding to the growing humanitarian crisis.

Tensions in the region surged in October when Israel launched a ground assault into southern Lebanon, further escalating the violence despite international warnings of a potential regional war.
